Hydrating Toner

A gentle hydrating toner formulated for moisture-deficient skin. Restores proper pH balance and removes residue from makeup, cleanser or hard water that can leave your skin feeling tight and dehydrated. Effective hydrators and a soothing blend of emollient sandalwood, jasmine, ylang ylang, and rose oils encourage moisture retention and have healing properties.

USE:
After cleansing, apply toner with cotton pad to remove residue from cleanser, makeup, and hard water.
