Purifying Toner

This refreshing antiseptic toner sweeps away excess oils and debris as it soothes and purifies oily, combination, or problem skin without overdrying. The astringent properties of Witch Hazel are gentle yet effective in calming and balancing oily skin. Chamomile, grapefruit and lemon essential oils leave skin super-clean.

USE:
After cleansing, apply toner with cotton pad to remove residue from cleanser, makeup, and hard water.
