Saphoros is a socially responsible company, and we enjoy giving back to the community and to causes in need of help.
We will consider requests for products for charity events to sell or give away as door prizes. Requests will be considered on a case-to-case basis for need, availability and whether it fits inside the limits of Saphoros' Charitable Donation budget. Saphoros will also post your event details and/or banner on our media page with contact information and a link to your website.
To qualify for donations, the organization must provide event details, including a web address announcing the event to the public (may include community event pages). Websites submitted as "under construction", "coming soon", or otherwise incomplete or not navigable will be automatically rejected.
The organization must provide a link back to the Saphoros.com website by either text or banner linking. If a banner is chosen, Saphoros will provide the banner with direct linking to run from our own servers.
If for any reason the event is cancelled, the organization shall agree to return all products to Saphoros.
The organization must also provide Saphoros with a receipt bearing the organizations name, address, event, and retail value of donation. Retail values of products will be provided by Saphoros.
