Due to the number of review requests and free sample requests, the following policy has been implemented.
Qualifications:
All reviewers MUST be 18 years of age or older. No exceptions.
Website/Blogger: Alexa traffic ranking of 1,000,000 or less, or a Google PR of 3 or greater.
You Tube or other Video server: 500 or more followers, with good ratings. You must speak clearly and concisely, and follow all disclosure laws. Videos must be clear, well-lighted and produced in a clean environment. Saphoros will be the sole judge if past videos meet this standard.
All reviewers will need to send us a link to the video or blog review upon completion to promotions@saphoros.com. We also ask that you try to post your review within 30 days of receipt of product/samples.
Bloggers
The review needs to consist of the following:
- Photos of the product, displaying some of them open in order to show the colors. Photos of your face, or your models face wearing the products. (You have permission to copy our photos of any of the products you are reviewing.)
- A link to our home page, http://www.saphoros.com or http://www.lueurjeune.com
- Your personal opinion about the feel and performance of the products on your skin; like coverage, smoothness, color intensity (eyeshadows), longevity, water/sweat resistance, etc. (given as examples)
- A disclaimer that states if you were or were not paid for this review or endorsement (a new law regarding reviews). If you received a free product or samples for the purpose of review, you must state that. If you PURCHASED your products/samples and are reviewing them, you must state you were NOT paid. If this disclaimer is not present, we will ask you to add it within 3 days or remove the review.
Video Reviewers
The review needs to consist of the following:
- A textual display of our website URL: Saphoros.com or LueurJeune.com at any point during the video.
- Your personal opinion about the feel and performance of the products on your skin; like coverage, smoothness, color intensity (eyeshadows), longevity, water/sweat resistance, etc. (just examples to give you an idea)
- A disclaimer that states if you were or were not paid for this review or endorsement (a new law regarding reviews). If you received a free product or samples for the purpose of review, you must state that. If you PURCHASED your products/samples and are reviewing them, you must state you were NOT paid. If this disclaimer is not present, we will ask you to add it within 3 days or remove the video.
- A copy of the video file must be sent to promotions@saphoros.com. By submitting your video to us, you are agreeing that we may also share your video in marketing and video channels. We will either add an intro, or add an ending to the video along with credits to your site, or video channel as the source. This slight alteration keeps the video from being seen as a duplicate, and prevents it from being deleted by YouTube.
Product Allowed
One full sized product and up to 6 sample sizes (If available) of our core product lines will be considered, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Our core product lines available for review include our skincare, cosmetics, tattoo aftercare and spa body products. This does not include cosmetic bags, brushes, sponges or other accessories. These accessories or any other products may be purchased and reviewed of your own free will at any time without any obligation to us.
