Saphoros accepts PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Checks/Money Orders by Mail, and payment at local pickup. Our online ordering and payment processing system validates your credit card via billing address and CVV verification. Your credit card billing address (where statements are mailed to) and the 3 digit card verification code on the back of your credit card (or 4 digit code on the front for AMEX) are required to place an order. Credit Card details are collected using a SSL secured server. Credit card information collected online is not seen by any store personnel, is not stored in any form and is deleted from the secure server once the transaction is processed.
Order Processing Time
Order processing time is 1-5 business days.
Most of Saphoros' products formulated in small batches, and are custom-made for your order. Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days, but if there is a delay of more than 5 business days, we will contact you via e-mail.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock at time of order, we will adjust your invoice in the amount of that item, plus any additional shipping charge for that item, if any. Payments made via Paypal/Google will be refunded to your Paypal/Google account. Saphoros does not back-order items in most cases.
You must be 18 years or older and have a valid credit card, with full authority to use it, or a bank account to submit an order through this website. You agree not to use any part of our site or any content contained in it for any illegal or inappropriate activities.
Saphoros reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders which we suspect are fraudulent, in which we find our shopping cart has been tampered with, for where we feel our Terms of Service are being violated, or for any other reason.

Sales tax in the amount of 8.25% will be collected for Texas residents.
Your business is very important to us. Your order is checked by our production and shipping staff for accuracy, and your products are securely wrapped and packaged to ensure safe transit. If your order is incorrect or the product is defective (this does not include selecting the wrong color or formula for your skin), please let us know within five (5) business days of receipt, and we will be happy to correct the discrepancy.
Due to sanitary reasons, we regret that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any brushes/sponges, or on cosmetics, skin care, or bath items that have been opened and/or the seal has been removed. You are welcome to return any item (excluding brushes/sponges) in sealed, new condition to Saphoros™ within five (5) business days for a refund (minus S&H) or exchange. The only exception to this is if the product is defective. If a return is due to our error or defective/damaged merchandise we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
To initiate a return/exchange process: You must contact us within five (5) business days of receipt by completing the RMA process. You may initiate the return process by following these easy steps:
Upon submitting the return, our returns staff will begin the process, starting with whether your request is in accordance with our Terms of Service. You will receive an e-mail receipt of your return request, as well as instructions and status updates as the return process progresses. Important: If you are instructed to return the product, we must receive the product in our offices before the return will be processed any further. You may also check on the status of your return at any time by logging into your account and selecting "Return Requests"
Any returns received without RMA approval will be refused.
Refunds will only be issued to the credit card originally used to purchase. We do not issue refund checks - no exceptions! We cannot issue a refund if your credit card used to make the original purchase has been cancelled or has expired. Refunds for purchases made via Paypal/Google will be done through Paypal's or Google's refund process only. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the credit to appear on your statement.
Since we are unable to offer returns on opened/used items, we have an affordable sample program on most of our cosmetics, so you may audition products and colors before investing in the full-sized products. We encourage you to sample our products first, as they are non-returnable.
Credit Card Chargeback Policy
A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a credit card charge. Fraudulent credit card chargebacks will be reported to the agencies/companies listed below. Costs will include but are not limited to, the cost of merchandise delivered, shipping fees, chargeback fees, attorney fees, hourly labor for all time incurred in the processing and defense of the claim.
(1) All major credit bureaus - delinquent credit account (7 year record)
(2) United States Postal Service or other shipping service - federal mail fraud
(3) Collection Agency/Service - for collection of delinquent credit amount
(4) Criminal reports to local police/law enforcement agency
DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT
Unconcealed Damage: In the event you should receive a package that has been opened or damaged, make sure the driver notes this fact on his delivery sheet. You should then immediately contact the carrier so that they can inspect the shipment. If the driver does not note this, then you accepted the box in good condition, and nothing can be done about damages.
Concealed Damage: If there is damaged merchandise when you unpack your order, follow these instructions carefully.
1. Save the original carton and all packing material
2. Call carrier and inform them of your damaged shipment. They will send an inspector to inspect your package.
3. Call Saphoros and we will start processing your claim.
We cannot replace damaged merchandise if a claim has not been placed with the shipping carrier.
We will make every attempt to verify the address and delivery information and reserve the right to make changes should an error be found. Saphoros™ cannot guarantee against delivery delays due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, weather, packages misplaced or lost by carriers or packages left in/at mailboxes or at doorsteps, holidays or other circumstances which delays our national carriers. We are not responsible for packages left at a residence or mailbox by any carrier. For international packages, we are not responsible for the length of time it takes your package to arrive or the length of time it may spend in Customs. During peak holiday seasons, delivery times are not guaranteed by UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex, so please place your order allowing additional time for shipping. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered delivery dates and they do not count towards the time a package is in transit to its destination.
Insurance is automatically added on all FedEx shipping methods, and on orders of $100 or more with USPS methods. Optional insurance on USPS orders under $100 is available, as well as the Signature Required option. Both of these services will incur an additional fee of $1.95 per service, which will be added to your invoice at the time of shipping. These optional selections will not be reflected on your invoice at time of order, but will appear on the final invoice that is enclosed with your package.
Our goal is to deliver the highest quality product and minimize the possibility of impact on our products by forces beyond our control. Extreme temperatures can result in unpredictable and/or undesirable changes, particularly in the viscosity of our products. To avoid the effect of severe summer/winter conditions, we may not ship on a Thursday or Friday if orders are likely to be warehoused for an extended period.

Due to the increased amount of package loss, we will no longer ship packages to APO or FPO Boxes. The only exception to this is for customers who utilize Shipito.com services. PO Boxes are permissible for packages shipped via USPS. A physical address and telephone number must be provided for FedEx shipping method.
In order to reduce fraud and protect consumers' safety, Saphoros will NOT ship international packages with a billing address in the United States. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS. International packages will only be shipped to the billing address provided. The only exception to this is for customers who utilize services at Shipito.com, provided the following conditions are met:

Saphoros will not be held responsible for packages after delivery to the Shipito facility is confirmed. If your package is lost, detained or mis-delivered after Shipito takes possession, Saphoros will not replace the shipment or refund any money.
Taxes and Tariffs
Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Any fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs assessed by the governments of international purchasers are the responsibility of the purchaser. Customers outside of the United States may be required to pay these fees to the courier, as applicable, upon delivery. Since there are hundreds of countries and variable rate schedules, we are unable to provide customers with costs. The International Trade Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce has a website that provide Tariff and Tax Information, that can help you in determining your costs.
Various countries have prohibitions and restrictions that may prevent us from being able to ship to your country. It is recommended that you verify that the merchandise that you are ordering can be shipped to your country. The United States Postal Office maintains a list of Restrictions by Country that you can reference.
It is a violation of international trade laws for a merchant to mark a purchased item as a gift in order to avoid taxes, fees, or tariffs therefore we will NOT accommodate such requests. Nor can we send an invoice showing a purchase price less than the actual order amount.
Saphoros does NOT ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Cuba, Italy (Including Vatican City), Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestinian Occupied Territory, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan or Yemen (As of 1/24/11).
Please Note: We are unable to provide actual tracking numbers for International First Class Mail. You will be provided with the customs certificate number for your parcel. Flat envelopes will arrive more quickly than boxes, and we will use those whenever possible. Saphoros is not responsible for the length of time it takes an international package to arrive, the length of time it may spend in Customs, nor if your package is kept in Customs.
All international packages are hand-delivered to the USPS and a USPS receipt is retained as proof of shipment. Once the package is scanned and accepted by the USPS, Saphoros will no longer be responsible for the package. If your package does not arrive for any reason after the package is scanned and accepted, Saphoros will not refund or replace it. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to these terms.
A gift message service is available to our users through the Saphoros/Lueur Jeune websites, subject to the following guidelines. You may not use libelous, defamatory, tortious, or otherwise unlawful, abusive, threatening, immoral, offensive, profane or obscene language in gift messages. We reserve the right (but do not assume the obligation) to restrict or remove any and all content from gift messages that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these guidelines or would be harmful to us, our users, or any third party.
Gift Certificates are available for purchase for any amount from $1 to $1000. No tax or shipping charges will be added to Gift Certificates. After successful completion of your order, you will be given instructions on how to download your certificate.
Discounts and/or Coupons do not apply toward the purchase of a Gift Certificate.
Gift Certificates may be used to pay for all or part of an order. Balances remaining on certificates do carry over and may be used on any subsequent orders until the balance depletes to $0. If a Gift Certificate does not cover the entire total or your order, payment options will appear to submit payment for the balance.
You may purchase, check the balance, or receive instructions for redeeming gift certificates at any time by clicking on the Gift Certificates link at the top of any page. On the Gift Certificates page, you will see your options in the menu on the left sidebar. Click your desired action and follow the instructions.
Client Loyalty Program
We have devised a Client Loyalty Program to reward return clients and thank them for their continued business. You must have an account to participate in this program. After a client places 3 successful orders, upon the 4th order and any subsequent orders, the client will receive an automatic 5% discount off of their total order, excluding shipping or other promotions.
This program is intended for clients who regularly order full-size products from us, and is not intended for samples-only type orders. Saphoros reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time if we feel this program is being taken advantage of.
We have tried to display the products and attributes of the products on the Saphoros website, including the colors of products accurately. Because the colors you see depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Lueur Jeune Mineral Cosmetique productformulas are proprietary information. By visiting any part of this website or websites falling under Saphoros Skincare Co and/or completing a transaction with us, you agree that you will not reverse engineer or attempt to derive the formulation of the proprietary ingredients associated with the Lueur Jeune Mineral Cosmetique formulations. You acknowledge and agree that due to the unique nature of the proprietary information, any breach of this agreement would cause irreparable harm to Saphoros, for which damages are not an adequate remedy and that Saphoros shall therefore be entitled to equitable relief in addition to all other remedies available at law.
Saphoros™ will not be held responsible for injuries due to the use or misuse of our products. We make every attempt to list all ingredients used in our products. Any ingredients not listed are available, as well as general product information.
Those with sensitivities or allergies to any of the ingredients listed should not use that product. If a rash, sensitivity or allergy develops from using any of our products, discontinue use immediately and contact your health care professional. Always perform a "patch test" on any bath, cosmetic, or skin care product before use. To perform a patch test, apply a small amount of product to a small area on the skin (inside arm works well), and cover with a bandaid for at least 24 hours. If there is visible irritation or pain, do NOT use the product. This test should always be performed, especially if you have a known skin allergy or fragrance sensitivity. Some of our products may contain nut butters or oils (for example, Shea butter). Persons with nut allergies should avoid any such products. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
All of our products should be kept out of children's reach, even those deemed appropriate for use by children. You should avoid getting any of our products in or near your eyes. Even our eye treatments should be used with care.
Our products should not be used for anything other than the purpose for which they were created. Saphoros™ (or any agent thereof) will not be held liable for misuse, allergic reactions or any injury suffered from the known or unknown and consenting use of our products. When you place an order with Saphoros™ you acknowledge this policy and release us from liability if such a situation should arise.
Saphoros™ Skincare makes absolutely no medical claims for any of our products. The contents of this website are for informational purposes only, and should never be substituted for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
