The Mercury Phoenix Trust is a registered UK Charity, and they have selected JustGiving.com as a direct-donation venue. You may notice that the donations are set in British Pounds - but that's OK - anyone around the world can donate! If you want to donate a certain amount in your own currency, enter the amount you want to donate into a currency converter and convert to GBP. For example: You want to donate $25 in US currency, which is currently £16.24 in British Pounds. On the donation under "Enter Amount" you would enter "16.24". When you see your bank or Paypal statement, it will reflect the correct amount. Here's a convenient converter: http://www.XE.com/ucc

Let's face it... We are living in troubled economic times, where "luxury" items must take a back-seat to more important things. Dr. Mehmet Oz has a syndicated show on television. On February 2nd, he did a segment on "Dangerous Beauty", in which they resorted to fear-mongering and inaccurate information regarding mineral makeup and how "deadly" it is.

We felt we needed to respond to this segment by giving you a little background education, our opinion, and exactly what our minerals contain.
